Born From the Coast
Surf Robotics was founded in 2026 by a group of six students. (to be continued later).
We believe robotics is a vehicle for creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Meet the Team
Bryan Hu
workingBryan enjoys coding in mainly Python or C++ and also enjoys using tools like Blender/Onshape for CAD.
Isaac Jin
workingIsaac is a sixth grader at Miller Middle School that is excited to dive into the world of robotics. Since this is his first year participating in the FTC competition, he is excited to learn more about Java and CAD modeling. He joined SURF Robotics due to his interest in mechanical parts, programming, and technology. He has experience in Python and LEGO robotics.
Victor Lai
workingVictor is a six grade in Miller School that is excited to do robotics. He is excited to join , and he is excited to learn about java. He joined surf because he loves robotics.
Robinson Li
workingRobinson Li is a sixth grader at Sam H. Lawson Middle School who has three years of Python coding experience to the team. He is attending FTC to transition his advanced software skills into the world of robotics.
Lucas Wang
workingLucas Pan Wang is a 7th grader at Joaquin Miller Middle School. He enjoys building robots and using Onshape (CAD).
Jason Wang
workingJason enjoys making hardware and building the robot. He has experience coding with languages like C and is learning Java.
